Your privacy choices

Do not sell or share my personal information.

Some privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, give you the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Here is exactly where Dayspan stands, and the control itself.

Checking this browser’s current setting…

How your advertising privacy choices work
Choice or signalEffect on this browser
No advertising choiceAdvertising measurement starts off. A waitlist signup does not grant advertising consent.
Global Privacy ControlA GPC signal keeps advertising off, including when an earlier choice allowed it.
Opt-out controlThe setting uses an opaque browser identifier and does not require sign-in.
Access or deletion requestThese requests need a staffed inbox. Its current availability is recorded under privacy contact status.
A browser setting and a request about a waitlist record are separate choices.

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not sell your email address or waitlist record for money. Optional advertising measurement follows the separate choice described below.

Advertising measurement starts off.

Advertising pixels and click attribution require a separate, affirmative choice. Signing up for launch updates does not grant it. If you never make that choice, nothing is shared for advertising.

Global Privacy Control is honoured automatically.

If your browser or extension sends the GPC signal, advertising stays off regardless of any earlier choice — the check runs on every request rather than once at sign-up. You do not have to visit this page for that to work.

The setting is per browser, not per person.

Your choice uses an opaque browser identifier and does not require sign-in. While advertising consent is current, permitted measurement can connect that browser’s activity with checkout and purchase events.

The honest detail

What “sharing” would mean here, if you switched it on.

Enabled advertising and affiliate partners can receive measurement events for visits, signups, checkout starts and purchases, including purchase value and currency, browser and ad-click identifiers, and event or order references used to match and deduplicate results. These events require current advertising consent and a clear GPC check. This choice does not enable personalized ads. We record the disclosure version and request a fresh choice when the advertising scope changes.

The full picture of what we collect and why is in the privacy notice.

Requests by email

An authorised agent or a request to access or delete a record needs a staffed inbox to answer it. That channel is not live yet, and we would rather say so than publish an address nobody reads. It publishes before the first campaign email is sent, and until then Dayspan collects launch signups without sending promotional campaigns from them.
