PLANNED LAUNCH GUARANTEE

A 90-day money-back guarantee is the launch commitment.

The planned first-batch policy gives customers 90 days to request a purchase-price refund without returning the jar. Final eligibility, exclusions, the start of the guarantee window, request method, tax and shipping treatment, and processing timing will be posted before checkout and will control the purchase.
