Preorder shipping, delays and cancellation.
This batch is in production planning. The estimate refers to shipment, not arrival. Your payment confirmation records the estimate that applies to your order; a later website update does not silently replace it. US standard shipping is free for the published one-time packages. Any tax and discount are shown in the final total before payment.
You may request cancellation of an unshipped preorder for a full refund by emailing vik@dayspanhealth.com with your order number. If we cannot ship within the stated window, we will contact you before it expires with revised timing and the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt full refund. If you cancel an entirely unshipped order, the refund includes all amounts paid for it. Refunds go to the original payment method.
Subscription enrollment opens separately. For a subscription preorder, the first renewal occurs one full plan interval after the actual first shipment. Selecting a subscription option does not enroll you or authorize recurring charges.

Your Nightspan 90-day money-back guarantee starts when your order is delivered. Email Dayspan customer support with your order number to request a purchase-price refund. You do not need to return the bag or pay return shipping. Eligibility, exclusions, tax and original shipping treatment, and processing timing will be published here before orders open.
Other Dayspan products retain their 90-day money-back guarantee from delivery, with no product return required. The refund window and treatment of partial refunds for a package combining different products will be published before that package is available to buy.
