What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the date and time, the Dayspan product you asked to hear about, the form placement that led to your signup, and the version of the disclosure shown to you. We also use limited security data, such as a short-lived rate-limit identifier, to protect the form from abuse.

Checkout and subscriptions

When you check out, we process your name, contact and delivery details, items, price, shipping and tax amounts, and order and payment references. Subscription records also include the plan, renewal schedule, consent to recurring billing, and payment profile references. Card details are entered through CardPointe’s secure payment fields and sent to the payment provider. Dayspan keeps payment references and limited card metadata, rather than the full card number or security code.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to manage first-batch access and send occasional Dayspan launch or product updates. A new signup may receive an email confirming it and linking to an unsubscribe page. We use order and subscription information to process payments, calculate tax, arrange fulfillment, send transactional messages, and handle returns and disputes. Security information helps prevent abuse. Joining the waitlist or buying a product does not grant advertising consent.

Where it is stored

Records are kept in Dayspan’s access-controlled cloud services. Vercel hosts the website, Firebase provides database and sign-in services, CardPointe processes payments, and Resend delivers email. Cloudflare Turnstile protects checkout against automated abuse. When configured, tax and fulfillment providers process the details needed to calculate tax and ship orders. Providers receive information needed for their service; optional advertising sharing follows your separate choice.

Analytics and advertising

Optional analytics and advertising measurement stay off until you choose the relevant purpose and the service is enabled. Analytics can measure page and video use, offer interactions and resulting purchases. With advertising consent, enabled advertising and affiliate partners can receive measurement events for visits, signups, checkout starts and purchases, including purchase value and currency, browser and ad-click identifiers, and event or order references used to match and deduplicate results. With a fresh advertising choice covering Snapchat matching, enabled Snapchat measurement can also receive the device IP address and browser information to match checkout and purchase results to ads. Dayspan encrypts this matching context, blocks its use after seven days and removes expired context during regular cleanup. Prior advertising choices do not authorize this additional matching purpose. We record the advertising disclosure version with your choice and require a fresh choice when its scope changes. Global Privacy Control keeps advertising off. Essential checkout, security and transactional processing do not depend on optional measurement.

Retention and your choices

We keep records while needed for the customer relationship, fulfillment, recurring billing, legal compliance, accounting, disputes or abuse prevention. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. You can change optional measurement in Privacy choices or the advertising opt-out page. You may ask to access or delete your information, subject to required legal, financial or security retention.

Questions or requests

How to contact Dayspan about a privacy request.

Email privacy questions or an access or deletion request to Dayspan's published customer-support address, vik@dayspanhealth.com. The privacy-specific verification and handling steps are still being finalized, and no response time is published. The launch-update signup does not accept requests. Provider details are listed in the company and contact information.

A privacy request process and an unsubscribe route must be available before the first campaign email is sent. Until then, Dayspan will collect launch signups but will not send promotional campaigns from them. A signup confirmation is not a campaign: it only confirms your request and says how to unsubscribe.
