This notice covers the Dayspan prelaunch website and waitlist. We collect the minimum information needed to keep you informed and keep the signup service safe.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the date and time, the Dayspan product you asked to hear about, the form placement that led to your signup, and the version of the disclosure shown to you. We also use limited security data, such as a short-lived rate-limit identifier, to protect the form from abuse.
How we use it
We use waitlist information to manage first-batch access and send occasional Dayspan launch or product updates. We use security information to prevent abuse and keep the signup service available. We do not sell waitlist email addresses or use them to build unrelated advertising profiles.
Where it is stored
Waitlist records are kept in Dayspan’s access-controlled cloud database. Hosting, database, and email-delivery providers may process the minimum information needed to provide their services under their own security and privacy obligations. A production email provider will be named here before the first campaign is sent.
Analytics and advertising
Optional analytics and advertising measurement stay off unless the relevant consent and launch controls are enabled. Joining the waitlist does not automatically grant advertising consent. Essential security and signup processing do not depend on optional analytics.
Retention and your choices
We keep an active waitlist record while it is needed for the launch relationship, legal compliance, or abuse prevention. Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe option. You may also ask us to access or delete your waitlist record, subject to any information we must retain for legal or security reasons.

A staffed privacy inbox and one-click unsubscribe route will be published before the first campaign email is sent. Until that channel is live, Dayspan will collect the founding list but will not send promotional campaigns from it.
